On February 17, 2019 at approximately 2:40 am, Police responded to 1200 Vine Street for the report of a person with a Gun. Upon Police arrival, Police found a Scene consisting of 14 FCC's marked 40 S&W. Area hospitals were checked for any gunshot victims with negative results.
Surveillance video from the area depict an unknown black firing several shoots down 13th Street from Vine Street. After the shooting, the suspect fled and was last seen west on Vine Street and out of the view of surveillance.
Suspect Description: Black male, facial hair, wearing blue jeans, dark colored shoes, and light color coat with a hood.
